“After 28 years of using taxis, I finally saved enough money to buy myself a little Ford Figo which I took to Battery Centre for a new battery.
It got me to work every day and allowed me to take my son to school on time. He was a bright-spark with a good work ethic.
After matric, he was accepted into Wits Medical School and my gift to him was the very same Ford Figo. This got him to class every day and helped him graduate. This is how Battery Centre and I helped my boy #StartSomething.”
